Bookings

When you book, we process your name, email, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight or train number and comment. This data is used to organise and invoice the ride (performance of the contract).

It is kept for 3 years after your last ride, unless the law requires longer retention (accounting records).

Audience measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and how well our pages perform. The related cookies are kept for up to 13 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Services used during booking

To search addresses, calculate the route and display the map, your browser directly queries the following services, which receive the addresses you type and your IP address:

• the French government address API (api-adresse.data.gouv.fr);
• Nominatim, by the OpenStreetMap Foundation;
• IGN Géoplateforme (route calculation);
• Mapbox (map display).

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is accessible to our team and our technical providers (hosting, email delivery), and shared with authorities only when required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@strasbourg-taxi.fr or to the address above.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
