Frequently asked questions
Does the price depend on the number of passengers?
No: the flat rate covers the whole vehicle, up to 4 passengers in a sedan and up to 8 in the van. For a group of 5 to 8, the van costs less than two sedans.
Can we change the stops?
Yes: the stops listed are examples. Tell us when booking which villages or cellars you want to see, and the driver plans the day within the tour’s length.
Does the driver wait for us at each stop?
Yes, the driver stays with you for the whole tour and drops you as close as possible to the centre of each village.
What if we go over the planned length?
The length is indicative. If you wish to extend, the driver quotes the extra before carrying on.
Can we start from a hotel outside Strasbourg?
Yes, from anywhere in the metropolitan area at the same price. For a more distant start, for example Kehl or Colmar, ask us for the adapted rate.
When are the Christmas markets held?
The Strasbourg Christmas market opens on the last Friday of November and closes on 24 December; Colmar and the Wine Route villages run over the same period, some only at weekends. We check opening days with you when you book.
